My name is Marie and ADHDish Recipe Box is my passion project. I’m a northern mom of two and spend my days (outside of work) testing out ways to altar recipes to make them more ADHD friendly.

It has been proven that diet effects ADHD symptoms. I alter ingredients and provide tips to better fuel our ADHD bodies. Our ADHD brains can do amazing things! Properly nourishing our body can aid in reducing ADHD symptoms such as irritability and inattention.
